PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user friendly electronic apparatus in which operability of other operation keys disposed in parts except for a first casing can be improved. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with the first casing 2 having a first face 2a where a plurality of operation keys 5 are arranged, a second casing 3 having a second face 3a where a display picture 6 is located and a hinge part 4 which relatively turnably couples the first casing and the second casing. The electronic apparatus can be displaced to a first form where the first face and the second face are folded so that they oppose each other and a second form where the first face and the second face are developed to be exposed. At least the other operation key 12a or 12b whose operation frequency is higher than the operation key of the first casing is disposed in a position deviated in a direction of the hinge part compared to the display picture in the second face of the second casing.
