COATING METHOD AND COATING APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the futile use of a coating material and to attain a beautiful appearance by uniformizing the finish of the coating of a thin film in powder coating for performing the deposition of the powdery coating material on a material to be coated. SOLUTION: The coating material is deposited on a workpiece (3) by using a coating apparatus provided with a table (2) capable of fixing the workpiece (3) which is the material to be coated and a spray gun (4) capable of spraying the powdery coating material toward the workpiece (3) fixed on the table 2. The table (2) is turned to rotate the workpiece (3), and the powdery coating material is sprayed toward the rotated workpiece (3) by using the spray gun (4). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
