<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always exfoliate a top tape by likely tension without adjusting a feed speed of a driving gear or a wobble speed of a swing lever, and to roll up the tape with likely torque. <P>SOLUTION: A one-way clutch type torque limiter, which can rotate by constant torque in the anti-rolling up orientation b1 of the top tape 3, is incorporated into a take-up reel 31. Feeding rates of a transfer tape 2 and of the top tape 3 are so set that the feeding rate of the top tape 3 may be larger than that of the transfer tape 2 routed by a feeder unit. If tension of the top tape 3 increases more than fixed, the one-way clutch type torque limiter incorporated into the take-up reel 31 turns idly in the anti-rolling up orientation with considered selected torque and absorbs tension of the top tape 3 to adjust the tension and rolling-up torque of the top tape 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
