<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operation of a hydraulic machine even when demineralized water is used. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic machine has at least two mutual movable components (5, 6; 11, 12; 10, 13; 3, 15; and 16, 19), and a surface of one component is formed of a plastic material having a friction reducing characteristic. Demineralized water can be preferably used in this hydraulic machine. For this purpose, layers (22 to 27) formed of a carbon-containing material are disposed between the plastic materials (5, 12, 12', 13, 15 and 19) and the other components (6, 11, 11', 10, 3 and 16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
