PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dynamically managing the configuration of network devices. SOLUTION: The protocols, network interfaces, or applications for supporting the other components of the configuration send and receive configuration management information by operating in association with a master agent and a sub agent. In addition, the applications operate in association with a configuration manager interface and a configuration manager and gain an access to the configuration in accordance with the priority of the applications without making unusable the network devices for updating.
