PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter capable of replacing an electrode easily, having no possibility of occurrence of a span change, and having improved maintainability. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic flowmeter provided with the electrode is characterized by being equipped with a liquid contact hole provided on the peripheral face of a measuring tube, and having one end having an aperture opening opened to the the peripheral face of the measuring tube, an electrode plate provided so as to cover the aperture opening by a part of its one face, capable of replacing the electrode by shifting a part of its one face facing to the aperture opening, a sealing means provided between the measuring tube and the electrode plate, for sealing outflow of a measuring fluid from the liquid contact hole to the outside, and a pressurizing means for keeping a sealing contact pressure of the sealing means.
