PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning duct unit capable of significantly reducing not only the cost for transportation of a duct unit by truck but also the cost for carrying on the outside and inside of a building by making the duct unit compact in transportation. SOLUTION: This duct unit A comprises upper and lower wall parts 1 and 3 and lateral wall parts 2 and 4, which are made of sheet metals, and spin seams curved in curled shape are attached to both longitudinal side edges of each wall part 1-4. One of the spin seams attached to the adjacent walls is inserted to the other, whereby seam joint parts 9-1 to 9-4 are rotatably formed.
