PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material for forming an organic semiconductor layer having a large area and uniform and high charge-moving characteristics, an organic semiconductor structure, and an organic semiconductor device utilizing the organic semiconductor material. SOLUTION: In the organic semiconductor material which contains a polymer compound and a micromolecule compound, the polymer compound has a skeleton structure composed of a prescribedπelectronic ring in a part of its side chain, and the micromolecule compound has a skeleton structure composed of the prescribedπelectronic ring, and has a terminal group which presents liquid crystallinity at least in one of both terminals.
