A foam discharge container 1 including: a flexible body portion 2 to be filled with contents having foaming properties; an ejection port 2a formed in the body portion 2 for discharging the contents therefrom when the body portion 2 is gripped; foaming elements 4a to 4c housed in the body portion 2 and having elasticities. This foam discharge container 1 can suppress the container cost at a low level, can be simply finished and can have an excellent portability.
