<p>A radio base station apparatus has a plurality of CH card groups for performing baseband signal processings and also has means for assigning a CH card resource to a requested call; examining the usage state of the CH card groups; shifting an established call, in accordance with the contents thereof, to a different CH card; rearranging the resources of the CH card groups; and reserving a CH card resource for a new call. In the rearrangement process, a linear programming is used to decide, based on the usage state of the CH card groups, the contents of the rearrangement of the CH card resources.</p> |
