<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-model electronic clock capable of receiving radio information from outside. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic clock is provided with an electric wave receiving antenna 8 for receiving electric wave, electromagnetic motors (second hand driving motor 61, hour and minute hands driving motor 65) for driving a time display unit, a battery 5, and a main body case for housing the antenna 8, the electromagnetic motors (second hand driving motor 61, hour and minute hands driving motor 65) for driving a time display unit, and the battery 5. From a direction of viewing or recognizing the time display unit, projection images of the antenna 8, the electromagnetic motors (second hand driving motor 61, hour and minute hands driving motor 65), and the battery 5 are different each other, namely, not overlapped on plane.
