PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance exhibiting wound-healing promoting action and more useful as a medicine than a conventional medicine and a medicine using the substance. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition composed of heparan sulfate and glucosamine, and a glucosamine salt of heparan sulfate, based on expression of synergistic wound-healing effect obtained when heparan sulfate and glucosamine are administered at the same time and also provides a medicine using these substances as active ingredients, particularly a medicine useful for healing diseases accompanying damages in skin, mucous membrane, corneal upper cortex, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
