PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-slice X-ray CT apparatus having high temporal resolution without many motion artifacts, and also to provide a tomographic image with high image quality and high spatial resolution. SOLUTION: Triad X-ray tubes 21A-21C, and multi-slice detectors 31A-31C are mounted on a rotary disk 49 arranged on a scanner part 12 by providing rotary phase difference of 120°. In the triads, an offsetΔZ is set in the circumference axial direction of a subject 16 by obtaining a formulaΔZ=d×N, wherein (d) is the thickness of each one string(slice) of the multi-slice detectors 31A-31C, and N is an offset coefficient. Slice collimators 48A-48C are disposed in the X-ray tubes 21A-21C, and rotated relatively with respect to the subject 16 on a subject table 13.
