PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create each set item to prevent the mismatch in setting applications when the multiple applications are set. SOLUTION: An integrated set item is created from an application relational map configurated by the correspondence of a set item (1) and a set item (2), and the format information of each set item, and the set item (1) and the set item (2) of each of multiple applications are created on the basis of the integrated set item, whereby the multiple applications are set without generating the mismatch of data among the set item.
