PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle actuator of an internal combustion engine in which the current to an armature is not frequently switched, and any motor rotational angle detector of high accuracy is not required. SOLUTION: This throttle actuator of the internal combustion engine having a stator winding, a rotor to be rotated by the change of magnetic flux of the stator winding, an intake passage to feed intake air to the internal combustion engine, and a throttle valve disposed in the intake passage to control the intake air has a reduction gear to reduce the rotation of the rotor and transmit the rotation to the throttle valve.
