PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid film that is biodegradable and has an excellent appearance after shrinkage. SOLUTION: The thermally shrinkable polylactic acid film has at least one layer that mainly comprises a resin composition including a polylactic acid polymer and an aliphatic polyester resin (A) having a melting point of 100°C-170°C and a glass transition point of≤0°C and is at least uniaxially oriented.
