PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that enables RTCM data to be utilized in a DGPS-DGLO common apparatus and achieves common use with DGPS and/or DGLO positioning. SOLUTION: A message, required for the DGPS and/or DGLO positioning, is fetched from an RTCM data broadcast. Specifically, RTCM data are fetched from a data broadcast, and data required for GPS or for GLONASS are fetched for utilizing.
