PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations of beam sport size (Vss) in two or more electron beams system electron gun and a display device equipped with the electron gun. SOLUTION: A plurality of beam holes 35 (35<SB>R1</SB>and 35<SB>R2</SB>, 35<SB>G1</SB>and 35<SB>G2</SB>, and 35<SB>B1</SB>and 35<SB>B2</SB>) are provided at least on a first electrode G<SB>1</SB>in the electron gun so as to be opposite to one cathode K. The shape or size of the plurality of the beam holes is made to be differ between at least two beam holes 35<SB>R1</SB>and 35<SB>R2</SB>, between 35<SB>G1</SB>and 35<SB>G2</SB>, between 35<SB>B1</SB>and 35<SB>B2</SB>.
