PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which is effective for cleaning heavy trash such as bread crumb and sand and also effective for removing fine trash or stains such as dust or fluid. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner has a cleaning sheet attachment member 2 for attaching detachably a cleaning sheet 8, and the attachment member 2 is provided with a suction part 24. Accordingly, an efficient cleaning can be performed for trash such as hair and dust hard to remove by a rotating brush or a suction force and trash such as the bread crumb and the sand hard to remove by the cleaning sheet 8 with mutual complement between the attachment member 2 and the suction part 24. There is no need to provide another attachment member, so that it becomes possible for the cleaning sheet 8 to be attached securely at low cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
