METHOD FOR IMPROVING ATOPIC DERMATITIS BY ALIMENTARY THERAPY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alimentary therapy for improving atopic dermatitis, wherein guide for reducing protein intake causing no health injuring and healthy foods based on the guide are prepared.

SOLUTION: The required protein intake P (g/day) is determined by using a body mass index (BMI) matching value K defined by K=-0.005(BMI)2+0.6(BMI)+C, wherein 8≤C≤10, and a subject height L (m), calculating P=K×L2(g/day) to obtain the upper limit and the lower limit and selecting a value therebetween.
