PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine effective for treatment of liver cancer based on antagonist activities to bombesin. SOLUTION: The medicine effective for the treatment of the liver cancer is produced by mixing a peptide containing 7-10 amino acid residues analogous to the bonbesin, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier material. D-Cpa-Gln-Trp-Ala-Val-Gly-His-Leu-Ψ[CH2NH]-Phe-NH2(BKM-26159) (wherein, Cpa is p-chloro-phenylalanine) is exemplified as a concrete peptide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
