PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing judgment gate useful for combination with a sensor. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first multiplier to multiply a first and a second input signals, a second multiplier to multiply a third and a fourth input signals, a first general gate to form parameter inference based on output of the first multiplier and the second input signal, a second general gate to form parameter probability based on output of the second multiplier and the fourth input signal, and a divider to form a parameter by dividing the inference by the probability.
