The plastic casing (12) consists of a dimensionally rigid bar part (18) which rests against he edge of the hand and against the little finger's (10) first section, and consists of two elastically flexible wing-parts (22). The wing parts rest against the palm and or the back of the hand and partly enclose the little finger's first section. A first fastening strip (14) joins the two wing parts near the center of the hand; a second fastening strip (16) joins the two wing parts near the little finger.
