<p>Precursors of anticholinergic quaternary compounds may be synthesised by acetylating optically active tropic acid, by transforming the acetylated tropic acid into acid chloride, by reacting it with amino alcohols having formula (I), such as methane sulphonate, Q and R being explained in the description, and by deacetylating and isolating the reaction product.</p> |
