An amide derivative represented by the following general formula (1): [6] (wherein R<1> represents saturated cyclic amino, etc.; R<2> represents alkyl, halogeno, haloalkyl, etc.; R<3> represents hydrogen, halogeno, etc.; Het2 represents pyridyl, pyrimidyl, etc.; and Het1 represents, e.g., a group represented by the formula [6] above) or a salt thereof; and a medicinal composition containing either of these as an active ingredient. The derivative and salt are useful as a BCR-ABL tyrosin kinase inhibitor.
