PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effect inducing attachment for safe travelling of a bicycle which clearly discovers and acknowledges the situation at the early stage by clearly putting the front part of a bicycle front wheel which is easily fallen into the blank region of consciousness under consideration when a bicycle rider travels, distributing enough attention of the drive around the part, and clearly giving plain impression in the part to other vehicle drivers or the like, evades contact and overturning accident, and previously prevents the accident. SOLUTION: Installing supports 2 are symmetrically arranged on the two left and right parts of a front fork blade F of the front part of a bicycle main body. The three-dimensional volume feeling is brought to the front part of the bicycle front wheel by attaching a U-shaped structure 1 which has a circular cross section or the like, has a bar-shape and is manufactured by a foam body such as semirigid polyurethane so as to be projected toward the forward of the bicycle front wheel.
