PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly provide information necessary for a user needing the information. SOLUTION: In a Q&A system, when an arbitrary user except a questioner takes an interest in a question, the interested question is applied to a notification server 1. An answer to the question is automatically notified to a user's notification client 2. The notified answers may be all the answers to the question, and may be only effective answers.
