PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-purifying device which can purify water without using chemical substances of a chlorine system. SOLUTION: One end of a cylindrical storing section 14 containing a motor 12 is provided with a glass vessel section 31 which is encapsulated with metallic silicon formed with both ends to a conical shape and electrified negative and a small glass vessel encapsulated with the metallic silicon electrified negative by projecting its end from the storing section 14. An outer peripheral surface of the glass vessel section 31 is clad by two copper plates 35a and 35a and an aluminum plate 35b arranged to a peripheral direction. The glass vessel section 31 is rotated by dipping the projected end of the glass vessel section 31 into water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
