<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsion type adhesive agent composition available for fixing various medical appliances or medical equipment such as gauze, absorbent cotton, pad, catheter on the surface of the skin, and a medical external application material obtained by using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: In the emulsion type adhesive agent composition composed of 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic polymer and 10-50 pts.wt. of a softener, the softener having a softening point of ≤50°C and a viscosity at 40°C of ≤10Pas is used. It is preferable that a gel component in the acrylic polymer is within a range of 40-80wt.%, and it is preferable to use an acrylic copolymer containing a 2-15C alkyl acrylate as a main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
