PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatile organic compound-removing sheet which can demonstrate sufficient volatile organic compound (VOC) removal performance, a laminated volatile organic compound-removing sheet, and a filter.

SOLUTION: The volatile organic compound-removing sheet contains a volatile organic compound powder, and ultrafine short fibers having a fiber diameter of≤4μm and a fiber length of≤3 mm in a state where they are dispersed. The volatile organic compound powder is held by the ultrafine short fibers. The laminated volatile organic compound-removing sheet is made by laminating the above volatile organic compound-removing sheet and a sheet different from the above volatile organic compound-removing sheet so as to be united with each other. The filter is equipped with the volatile organic compound-removing sheet or the laminated volatile organic compound-removing sheet as a component.
