PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated electronic part, by which the internal electrode narrow deviation is produced within a small tolerance with a high yield. SOLUTION: A producing apparatus 1 for a laminated ceramic capacitor measures the thickness of a green sheet and the area of the internal electrode in line with high accuracy, and to execute lamination based on the measured values in order to produce a capacitor with a target static capacitance. The apparatus 1 is constituted of a sheet supply unit 2, a sheet thickness measuring unit 3, an internal electrode image pickup unit 4, a laminating unit 5, and a discharging unit 6.
