PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switching circuit employing antennas in common, having a small signal loss and capable of independently applying antenna diversity to signals of a plurality of communication systems in a communication apparatus combining a plurality of the communication systems using different frequency bands. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: a transmission section 2A and a reception section 3A for a first radio communication system 1A; a transmission section 2B and a reception section 3B for a second radio communication system 1B; first and second antennas 4A, 4B used for transmission and reception of both systems; multicouplers 5A, 5B for connecting the antennas 4A, 4B to respective common terminals; switches 6A, 7A, 8A, and 9A for respectively connecting the transmission section 2A to the multicoupler 5A, the transmission section 2A to the multicoupler 5B, the reception section 3A to the multicoupler 5A, and the reception section 3A to the multicoupler 5B; and switches 6B, 7B, 8B, and 9B for respectively connecting the transmission section 2B to the multicoupler 5A, the transmission section 2B to the multicoupler 5B, the reception section 3B to the multicoupler 5A, and the reception section 3B to the multicoupler 5B.
