摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device which has a suppressed sensitivity in the infrared region and spectral sensitivity more accurately by suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor device comprises a light receiving section 7 provided with two photodiodes respectively having the peak wavelength sensitivities in both visible light region and infrared region and a light receiving element 10 including an amplifying/ calculating circuit 8 for conducting the amplifying/ calculating processes of respective outputs and optimizes a substrate resistivity of the light receiving section 7, a chip thickness ratio for package thickness, distance up to the mount bed edge from the light receiving element edge, and a subtraction magnifying power coefficient &alpha; in the amplifying and calculating processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
