摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control phase change of a driven shaft with respect to a driving shaft all the time, and to enhance durability. <P>SOLUTION: When an electromagnetic part 74 generates a magnetic field in an outer circumference of a working shaft 72 to impart the first torque reverse-directional to a rotational direction to the working shaft 72, the working shaft 72 and an eccentric shaft 18 are rotated relatively along a delay direction with respect to a rotary member 12, and a planet gear 30 is thereby rotated relatively along an advance direction with respect to the member 12 together with an output shaft 22 and the driven shaft 4, while rotated relatively along the advance direction with respect to the eccentric shaft 18. When the electromagnetic part 74 generates the magnetic field in the outer circumference of the working shaft 72 to impart the second torque to the working shaft 72, the working shaft 72 and the eccentric shaft 18 are rotated relatively along the advance direction with respect to the rotary member 12, and the planet gear 30 is thereby rotated relatively along the delay direction with respect to the rotary member 12 together with the output shaft 22 and the driven shaft 4, while rotated relatively along the delay direction with respect to the eccentric shaft 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
