PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric heating type fixing device and an image forming device capable of maintaining a wide electric power control range while absorbing voltage variation. SOLUTION: Electric power control and temperature control are performed by two systems of frequency modulation and duty control and the frequency modulation is carried out with a signal from a voltage detecting circuit 9 to supply constant electric power to a series resonance circuit 4 and also perform temperature control by duty control.
