PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin fully improved in low-temperature elastic properties. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting components A, B, and C; A: a polyether polyol derivative mainly consisting of structural units represented by image (1) and image (2) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, and at least two substituents of R<SP>1</SP>may be bonded to each other to form a ring) and having an alcoholic hydroxyl group and/or an ester thereof on both terminals, B: a polyisocyanate compound; and C: an active-hydrogen-containing compound reactive with an isocyanate group.
