PURPOSE: A participation broadcasting and auction broadcasting is provided so that a televiewer easily participates in the broadcasting, and express televiewer's intention or progress auction through a general telephone or a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) decoder recognizes a button pushed by a televiewer, and collects the number of buttons pushed by the televiewer in a PC2 connected through a communication interface such as a serial or LAN(Local Area Network). A VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) gateway having a DTMF recognition function collects the number of buttons pushed by the televiewer in a PC connected through the communication interface. The collected result is used in a real-time public opinion poll.
