PURPOSE: A business automation system by improving interworking between a TIMS(Telecom-service Integration Management System) and an RIMS(Repair and Installation Management System) is provided to enable bidirectional communication between the TIMS and the RIMS, and to immediately transmit on-the-spot details to the TIMS, thereby automatically changing construction commands. CONSTITUTION: A TIMS(20) creates a working command for an installation target through bidirectional interworking with an RIMS(30), and transmits the working command to the RIMS(30). When a pre-command for changing and canceling the working command is created, the TIMS(20) transmits a repair command to the RIMS(30). The TIMS(20) directly receives information about on-the-spot working situations from the RIMS(30) without an operator's command of a laboratory(11), and automatically changes or settles prestored information. The RIMS(30) receives an installation command and the repair command from the TIMS(20), transmits the commands to a wireless portable terminal(14), and transmits the on-the-spot working situations to the TIMS(30).
