PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling the flow of exhaust gas supplied from the fuel cell stack to a condenser are provided to reduce the heat emission load of a radiator. CONSTITUTION: The device for controlling the heat emission of the fuel cell system comprises: a stack output-detecting part(310); a heat emission-controlling part(320) which generates the control signal for discharging the total or a part of the exhaust gas from the stack without passing through the condenser, when the stack output reaches a predetermined range; and an exhaust gas control valve(330) disposed on the flow line of the exhaust gas for controlling the flow of the exhaust gas according to the control signal from the heat emission controlling part(320). |
