PURPOSE: A tire cord uniformity measurement apparatus is provided to achieve improved safety and uniform arrangement of cord sheets, while maintaining uniform durability of tire. CONSTITUTION: A tire cord uniformity measurement apparatus comprises a frame(10) constituted by a base plate(11) and side plates(12,12'); an upper mold(20) and a lower mold(20a) disposed in the frame; a pair of guide rods(30) each of which has both ends fixed to side plates, respectively; a movable holder(40) coupled to the guide rods, and which fixes an end of a cord sheet; a fixed holder(50) fixed to the side plate(12'), and which fixes the other end of the cord sheet; a rotary shaft(60) coupled to the side plate(12) and screw-coupled to the movable holder; and an operation unit(70) for rotating the rotary shaft. The movable holder has a measurement ruler(41) attached to the movable holder. The operation unit is driven by a motor(71).
