<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a time required to recover the state of a nail part as it was by arranging as freely movable a pressuring body for pressing to be close to and apart from a nail of finger put on a table, by storing the state of the nail before pressing and by measuring a time till the pressed nail recovers to the state before the pressing. SOLUTION: Putting a finger the nail of which is upward on a table, a central controlling processor 9 discriminates the finger and stores the state of the nail of the finger as the color and the shape, etc., before pressing in a memory through a quantity of light and shape storing processor 11. By acting a pressure gauge 7 and a pressurizing pump 8 to move a back and forth driving air cylinder 6 through a back and forth driving electromagnetic valve 6a to move a pressing board upward corresponding to the nail part and then move closely to the nail part through an up and down moving air cylinder 5 and to press the nail. After that by quickly removing the pressing board from the nail, a measuring part 12 acts to determine the time by when the nail recovers to the state as it was.</p> |
