PURPOSE: A block for prevention of gravel slide and drainage on a railroad bed attached with a wing plate is provided to prevent the slide of gravel installed on a roadbed of a railway and to dispose of rainwater on a roadbed smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The block for prevention of gravel slide and drainage on a railroad bed attached with a wing plate comprises the steps of assembling a reinforcing bar(16) to a boundary projection(11) of a block(10), installing a transporting hook on both sides of the block(10), forming a gutter(12) having the appointed curvature to an extension unit(15) extended on the front of the rounded boundary projection(11) to install a wing plate(14) on the end of the gutter(12), installing a joint steel bar(17) provided with a screw groove on the side of the block(10), connecting the block and the block using a coupler, then placing mortar in a joint of the blocks(10).
