PURPOSE: A jig for roof rack bolt masking of vehicles is provided, to reduce the working time necessary for roof rack bolt masking and to inhibit the generation of the waste silver foil and the waste paint. CONSTITUTION: The jig(300) comprises a body(310) for protecting the roof rack bolt(304) from the pollution of a paint; and a mounting groove(320) which is formed along the length direction of the body in the body and where the roof rack bolt is inserted. Preferably the body(310) has a cylindrical shape with a cone-shaped upper part; and the mounting groove is wider than the outer diameter of the screw part of the roof rack bolt and shorter than the length of the screw part. Preferably the jig is made of a recyclable steel material. |
