PURPOSE: An exercise machine combined with a computer game is provided to do exercise excitingly by permitting to operate a computer or video game through an exercise. CONSTITUTION: The exercise machine comprises: a main body(310) of the exercise machine including a backrest portion(312); a stationary bar(350) horizontally fixed to the main body(310); rotary arms(360) which are connected to both ends of the stationary bar(350) by a hinge and rotate along the movement of a user; a shock absorber which connects the stationary bar(350) and the rotary arms(360) and provides a resistance load corresponding to a shift of the rotary arms(360); a rotary angle sensing portion; an elastic member which is mounted to the main body(310) and provides a resistance load corresponding to a shift of the exercise machine; and an elastic shift sensing portion for sensing a strain shift of the elastic member.
