PURPOSE: To provide a work conveyance system which permits continuation of production by driving the work conveyance system even when abnormality arises in any of servo motors or servo amplifiers in driving a feed mechanism by means of a plurality of the servo motors and a controller for the same. CONSTITUTION: The work conveyance system is provided with a pair of feed bars 1 arranged, side by side, in a conveyance direction and the feed mechanism 10 for driving the feed bars 1 using the servo motors as driving sources and successively conveys works to a plurality of working stations, in which the feed mechanism 10 is driven by cooperation of a plurality of the servo motors 11A and 11B and are the same driving system provided with a common transmission route 13 in the transmission route for the driving force of a plurality of the servo motors 11A and 11B, and a plurality of the servo motors 11A and 11B are discretely controllable.
