PURPOSE: A step-climber as a customized health device is provided to allow a user to adjust the step-climber to the body size of the user in order to do exercise conveniently and adjust the height of the stairs and control the power to press the stairs with the speed controller so that it is easy to climb the step-climber like the normal stairs. CONSTITUTION: The step-climber as a customized health device includes a first step in which the four stair footboards(1) rotate so that a footboard ring(2) is coupled to the connector(4) of the stair footboards(1) across the rail(3) of the stair footboards(1); a second step in which the user exercises by adjusting the height of the climber(7), the power-control unit(10), the connector(11) for the speed controller and the speed controller(6) to be suitable for the body size of the user; for the remaining parts, a safety screen(8) for the user's feet not to slip up; and a fixed board(12) for the stair footboard to prevent the stair boards(1) from stopping.
