PURPOSE: An interference rejection unit of a CDMA system is provided to reduce multiple interference and increase a user capacity in consideration of a system complexity of a parallel processing interference rejection unit as well as solve a delay time problem of a sequential interference rejection unit. CONSTITUTION: A group signal output unit(31) aligns a group of users in order of signal power with reception signals, filters and spreads the reception signals of each user of the group, adds and outputs user signals of the group. An adder(32) adds every other signals than its own signal of the outputs of the group signal output unit(31). The first subtracter(33) subtracts an output of the adder(32) from the reception signal. An interference rejecting unit(34) detects each user signal of the group upon receipt of an output from the first subtracter(33). The second subtracter(35) subtracts an output signal of the group signal output unit(31) from the reception signal and outputs it. A filtering and signal determining unit(36) filters inputted reception signals separately as many as users of each group, compares the filtered signals with a threshold value and outputs a result value. A signal power and re-spread signal generator(37) re-spreads a signal by applying a spread code and signal power to the output signal of the filtering and signal determining unit(36). An adder(38) adds output signals of the signal power and re-spread signal generator(37).
