The lamp column (1) has a foundation foot (2) sunk into the ground (3). There is a sleeve carrying advertising, half-way up the mast. A lamp (7) and an indicator light (6) are mounted at the top. Electromechanical oscillation sensors (8-12) are mounted at various points on the column from the bottom up to the top by the lamp. They may have pendulums with a ball which can release a plunger, or put balls or rods in various receptacles to indicate mechanical oscillations.
