THREE DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF HOPPER BY USING RADIATION

PURPOSE: A three dimensional measurement system of a hopper is provided to measure a raw material level in the hopper and to measure a state of a refractory brick installed in the hopper by using a radioactive isotope. CONSTITUTION: An annular rail(501) and a gear(502) are formed on a base(503) provided around a cylindrical hopper(14). A source section rotating table(200) and a detecting section rotating table(400) are rotated along the annular rail(501) and the gear(502). A radioactive ray source section(100) is installed on the source section rotating table(200) and a radioactive ray detecting section(300) is installed on the detecting section rotating table(400). A control unit(620) is provided to generate a driving control signal. A level system unit(630) is provided to process a detecting signal of the radioactive ray detecting section(300).
