PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to suppress influence of noise generated between circuits formed in the same semiconductor device by surrounding circuit blocks with a box. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device(1A) is formed with a laminate structure of circuit blocks(2A-2C). The circuit blocks include a lot of resistors, transistors, and capacitive elements, etc. The circuit blocks are formed on a semiconductor substrate. The circuit blocks are surrounded by a shield body. The shield body is formed with a lower metal layer, an upper metal layer, and an interlayer dielectric(7) formed therebetween. |
